You are not required to commit to regular attendance and come as needed throughout the semester. You are welcome to discuss course related content, clarify and ask questions, work through practice problems, stay and do work. Drop-in tutoring targets our highest demand courses through regularly scheduled open tutoring sessions during fall, spring, and summer.

Tutoring consists of ongoing weekly one hour individualized sessions for students seeking support to their coursework throughout the semester. You are welcome to discuss course related content, clarify and ask questions, work through practice problems with one of our student tutors. Individual Tutoring is available for many subjects, but not all. There are some subjects where tutoring is only available by drop-in tutoring  M-Th. 8am - 7pm; F. 8am - 5pm; Sa-Su 9am - 3pm (SR campus) and M-Th. 9am - 7pm; F 10:30am - 4pm (Pet campus).

Group Scheduled Tutoring is a once weekly one-hour appointment with a tutor. We will do our best to find your group a regularly scheduled tutor. Your group must consist of at least three students from the same class that can meet at the same time every week. Once the appointment is confirmed, it will be yours for the entire semester.

Prior to requesting a group tutoring appointment:

1. Determine a time that works for all group members. We are open Monday-Thursday: 9am-7pm; Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm.

2. Elect a group leader who will be the main contact person for the group. The group leader submits the request.

The Tutorial Center team is available to partner with instructors and departments to identify skills or concepts that would benefit from supplemental offerings to support students' academic success and learning. We are eager to help convene and coordinate outside of the classroom skill-building opportunities that can be open to any student interested in building skill or reinforcing course concept mastery.
