Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to fill out the SRJC Tutorial Center's Instructor Tutor Recommendation Form. By filling out this form, you are letting us know that a particular student you taught is qualified to tutor other students in that subject. We greatly value your input, and require instructors to fill out this form anytime we hire a new student tutor, or approve existing tutors to tutor additional subjects. We strive to provide you and your students with high quality tutoring by employing tutors who can best address the specific needs and requirements of your class.
